I have known Maria, owner of Hom-Lyke Bakery, since 1994. We started doing business together at Vasili's Restaurant in Jupiter. Since then I have used her company and introduced her products whenever I have had any purchasing input. Her company has an above average quality product and service. It seems to me that Maria runs a professional business that responds to our needs.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you of our extreme satisfaction with the sugar free products that Maria has presented us with. This past season has been one of many changes and new products. One that we were anxiously awaiting was Maria's sugar free deserts. With a small percentage of diabetic members, and even more health conscious and Atkins dieters, we found ourselves with a great demand for reduced fat/no sugar added products. We used two other vendors as well as in house experimenting, only to find issues with consistency, quality, and cost. Having used Maria for all of our bread needs, specialty cakes, and Kosher baked goods, when we heard the great news that she was going to be producing reduced fat/no sugar added products, I have very high expectations, knowing the quality of her other products. When she first brought us samples, I had an order in for the next day. The product that she produces has the highest over-all satisfaction. Presentation, flavor, moisture content, nutritional facts, and price are in my opinion superior to any other products in the market today. Having a wife that is a type one (insulin dependant) Diabetic, I experience first hand dealing with extremely strict dietary guidelines, especially carbohydrates and sugars. There is nothing better to satisfy her "sweet tooth cravings" than a slice of Maria's Sugar Free Carrot Cake.
